ComeOn Terms and Conditions – Full Rules for Pakistan Platform Users

1. General Terms

These Terms govern all aspects of the ComeOn platform and supersede all prior agreements between you and ComeOn. The Terms are to be read alongside ComeOn's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ComeOn.

1.1 Applicable Law

ComeOn operates under a valid international gaming licence. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable under that licence. Pakistani players access the ComeOn platform on the understanding that they do so voluntarily and take responsibility for ensuring that their use of the platform is consistent with their own local legal obligations.

1.2 Platform Currency

All ComeOn accounts for Pakistani players are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, bet stakes, winnings, bonus amounts and displayed balances are in PKR. ComeOn does not perform any currency conversion on Pakistani accounts and does not charge any currency exchange fees.

1.3 Language of the Terms

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version (if any) and the English version, the English version shall prevail. If you need clarification on any term or clause, you are encouraged to contact ComeOn support before proceeding.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register a ComeOn account and use any part of the platform. ComeOn operates a strict minimum age policy. If you are under 18, you must not register. ComeOn reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to immediately suspend any account where the account holder cannot verify they are 18 or older.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

ComeOn's platform is made available to players located in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of ComeOn complies with any laws or regulations that apply to you personally in your specific location within Pakistan. ComeOn does not make any representation that the platform is legal in every jurisdiction worldwide.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold only one ComeOn account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited at ComeOn. If duplicate accounts are detected, ComeOn reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any balances in duplicate accounts and restrict access to the genuine account.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering your ComeOn account. This includes your real name, date of birth, residential address and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances.

• Full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC)

• Valid Pakistani mobile number for OTP verification
• Email address you actively monitor

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ComeOn account password and login credentials. ComeOn will never ask you for your password by email, SMS or live chat. Do not share your password with anyone. All activity conducted through your ComeOn account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact ComeOn support immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ComeOn may at any time request identity verification documents in order to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. This typically occurs before your first withdrawal or when your cumulative withdrawal total exceeds a certain threshold. Documents commonly requested include a copy of your CNIC and proof of your payment method. ComeOn reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion. This is a standard industry requirement designed to protect players and prevent fraud.

3.3 Account Closure by Player

You may close your ComeOn account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Any remaining PKR balance in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and the absence of any pending bonus wagering obligations.

3.4 Account Suspension by ComeOn

ComeOn reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, abusing bonuses, or presenting an unacceptable security or fraud risk to the platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraud, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals (PKR)

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ComeOn accepts the following payment methods for PKR deposits and withdrawals from Pakistani accounts: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The payment method used for your deposit must match the method used for your withdrawal where technically possible — this is an anti-money-laundering requirement.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rs 5,00,000 (standard accounts)
• Higher limits may apply to verified VIP accounts at ComeOn's discretion

4.3 Processing Times

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your ComeOn PKR balance within 30 seconds under normal circumstances. IBFT bank transfers may take up to two hours depending on your bank. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed by ComeOn within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers typically complete within 2–4 hours on business days.

4.4 Fees

ComeOn does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges levied by your payment service provider (for example, your bank or mobile wallet provider) are your responsibility and outside of ComeOn's control.

4.5 Source of Funds

All funds deposited to your ComeOn account must come from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your ComeOn account, is strictly prohibited. ComeOn may request documentation to verify the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the ComeOn platform are subject to acceptance by ComeOn. ComeOn reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet appears to be placed on the basis of insider information, technical errors, or in markets that have been opened incorrectly. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen bet confirmation with a unique bet reference number.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake for sports betting and esports betting markets on ComeOn is Rs 100 per selection. Maximum stakes vary by event, market type and your account tier. ComeOn reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits. These limits are communicated in the betting interface and are not applied arbitrarily.

5.3 Void Bets

ComeOn may void any bet where: the market was opened in error; odds were published incorrectly due to a technical fault; the underlying event was cancelled, abandoned or significantly altered before completion; or the result cannot be verified from official sources. Voided bet stakes are returned to your ComeOn PKR balance in full.

5.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets on ComeOn are subject to brief periods of suspension during key match moments (for example, when a wicket falls in cricket or a goal is scored in football). Bets submitted during a suspension period may be rejected or accepted at the new odds that apply when the market reopens. ComeOn's in-play odds reflect real-time event states and update continuously.

5.5 PSL Betting Specific Rules

PSL match betting on ComeOn is settled on the official result declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). If a PSL match is interrupted by weather or other circumstances and a revised Duckworth-Lewis target is set, bets are settled on the official result under the revised target. If a match is abandoned without a result, all bets are void and stakes returned.

6. Casino Games

6.1 Game Fairness and RTP

All casino games available on ComeOn use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are accurate and derived from extended play testing. ComeOn does not alter game outcomes or manipulate results in any way.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

ComeOn's live dealer games are broadcast in real time from professional studios. Physical cards, roulette wheels and dice are used. All live dealer game results are determined by real-world physical outcomes — no digital RNG is involved in live game results. Live dealer bets are subject to the same minimum stake (Rs 50 for most live tables) and maximum stake limits as stated in the relevant game interface.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

If you experience a disconnection during a casino game, ComeOn's servers log the state of the game at the moment of disconnection. When you reconnect, your game will resume from the saved state. If the game has been resolved during your disconnection, you will be shown the outcome and any winnings will have been credited to your balance automatically. This applies to both RNG and live dealer games.

6.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a confirmed software or hardware malfunction that affects the outcome of a casino game on ComeOn, all affected game rounds will be void and all stakes refunded. ComeOn will investigate any suspected malfunction claims promptly and communicate outcomes to affected players.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Welcome Bonus

ComeOn's welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit on the platform. The bonus matches your first deposit at 200% up to a maximum of Rs 20,000 in bonus funds. The bonus is credited automatically upon qualifying deposit — no bonus code is required. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household and per payment method.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your ComeOn account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable PKR balance. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is stated clearly on the promotions page at the time of claiming. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. If the requirement is not met within 30 days, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited.

7.3 Game Contribution to Wagering

Not all ComeOn games contribute equally towards clearing wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet towards the wagering requirement. Live dealer games contribute at a lower percentage, typically 10–25%, as published in the current promotion terms. Check the specific bonus terms for the exact contribution rates.

7.4 Maximum Bet with Active Bonus

While you have an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements on ComeOn, the maximum permitted bet per single game round is Rs 2,000. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided and the bonus forfeited. This rule protects the integrity of the bonus system for all ComeOn players.

7.5 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the ComeOn bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing hedged bets to reduce wagering risk artificially, or using betting strategies specifically designed to clear bonuses without genuine gameplay — will result in immediate bonus cancellation, potential account suspension and forfeiture of related winnings.

8. Responsible Gaming

ComeOn is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. Gambling should always be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a way to make money or solve financial problems. ComeOn provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account settings with immediate effect:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Reminders: Set a time limit for each ComeOn session after which you receive a notification to take a break.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your ComeOn account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. All betting and casino access is disabled for the chosen duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the ComeOn platform. Once confirmed, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the selected minimum period. Available periods start from 6 months.
• Reality Check: Enable regular on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing in each session and your net win/loss position.

9. Fraud & Security

9.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ComeOn platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games
• Collusion with other ComeOn players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Any form of money laundering using the ComeOn platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain — any such gains are void
• Placing bets based on insider information that is not publicly available
• Reverse-engineering, hacking or attempting to gain unauthorised access to ComeOn systems

9.2 Suspicious Activity Monitoring

ComeOn employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect suspicious betting patterns, unusual account activity and potential fraud. When suspicious activity is detected, ComeOn reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and share information with relevant regulatory or law enforcement bodies as required.

10. Privacy & Data

ComeOn collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering a ComeOn account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. In summary:

• All personal and financial data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption during transmission
• ComeOn does not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers or marketing agencies
• Data is retained only as long as necessary for legal and regulatory compliance purposes
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting ComeOn support

11. Disputes & Complaints

11.1 How to Raise a Complaint

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your ComeOn account, a game outcome, a bet settlement, a payment transaction or any other platform matter, please contact ComeOn support in the first instance via live chat or email at support@comeon-bangla.com. Our team will aim to resolve your complaint within 24 hours. For complex complaints, resolution may take up to 5 business days.

11.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution provided by ComeOn support, you may escalate your complaint to a senior complaints handler by stating this clearly in your follow-up communication. Senior complaints handlers aim to respond within 48 hours of escalation and have authority to review all decisions made at the initial stage.

11.3 Bet Settlement Disputes

All bet settlement disputes at ComeOn must be raised within 7 days of the relevant event result being declared. ComeOn will not consider settlement disputes raised after this period. When investigating bet settlement disputes, ComeOn uses official sources — such as PCB for PSL cricket, official esports tournament operators for esports, and recognised virtual sports RNG certification bodies for virtual sports results.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ComeOn reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly alter your rights or obligations as a ComeOn player — we will notify you via the email address registered to your account and/or via a prominent notification within the ComeOn platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

For minor amendments — such as clarifications of existing language, corrections of typographical errors or updates to reflect minor operational changes — ComeOn may update the Terms without advance notice, updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the ComeOn platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you disagree with any amendments to these Terms, you have the right to close your ComeOn account at any time by contacting our support team, with your remaining PKR balance refunded to you subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing procedures.
